+ International postal regulations require all items crossing international borders to be subject to border checks in the country of destination. Therefore, due to unforeseen circumstances (including customs border delays), we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

^ Tariff - Generally, you may need to pay import taxes, duties and / or fees imposed by the destination country. If this happens, tariffs are usually charged and are only part of the tariff. The percentage varies depending on the type of commodity and its country of origin. Commodity prices are affected by customs duties, including sales taxes anywhere, as well as postage, packaging and insurance costs.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and conform to instructions. Therefore, all purchases made in the Colorsnaps store are refundable.

Our top priority is to meet customer needs. You may make a refund, exchange or any other reasonable request within 21 days of receiving your order. In the event of a return, the item will be returned to our Hong Kong office address in its original packaging. Please read the following return and refund conditions :

• Defective and Incorrectly Transported Items - If the product quality does not meet the standard or the received size and color are incorrect (Except in relation to Lot Variations and Screen Color Discrepancys). According to the negotiation with you, Colorsnaps is responsible for a full refund or replacement of the product.

• Damaged Items - If the package is damaged upon delivery, we will not be able to assist you in claiming compensation from Hongkong Post. The reason is that all international mail claims processes should be handled by the recipient at the local post office. Customers are requested to take photos on the same day after receiving the damaged package (envelope and item), and please contact the local post office as soon as possible.

• Lot Variations - We periodically remanufacture items to replenish existing stock. However, each batch of products will inevitably have slight differences during the production process. It may appear in the color of electroplated, enamelled or imitation pearl parts, and even in structural parts. Therefore, if the item you received is related to the above factors, we will not issue a refund.

• Lost item in post - If your item has still not arrived within the estimated ship date range, please contact us immediately so that we can open a file within the expiry date of Hongkong Post. Their response time can take a long time depending on replies to overseas post office. We will refund or resend you a new item after confirming that the item is lost.

• Unexpected Product - If the product is caused by size and color due to your own mistakes. You can return to us. When returning the goods, you will be responsible for the return costs, such as transportation and related expenses. When mailing, please provide us with the tracking number. After that, we will deduct the original shipping and handling fees to refund your account.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will confirm the condition of the item and process a refund to your payment account within approximately 3 business days.

To avoid misunderstanding, please make sure you know the Size, Color and Fastening method of the snap button before ordering.

• Product Image - The images we display on this website are computer-simulated colors and may not match the actual product colors you expect to receive. Refunds will not be issued for screen color discrepancy issues unless we send the wrong color (for example, the original color was red but you received green).

• Installation - Incorrect installation may cause damage to the item. We recommend that you use the Snap Plus installation tool to fasten our snap button. DO NOT use third-party installation tools to install Colorsnaps snap button, and do not use Snap Plus installation tools to fasten third-party products.
